Customers tell companies about their wants, needs, and frustrations on a daily basis - and at best it gets passed on as anecdotal information. UserChamp helps teams analyze and prioritize feature requests, as well as discover content gaps and user interface opportunities by analyzing customer support conversations.

Project Details

UserChamp is at the MVP stage and a prototype is being tested out with a few customers to validate some key assumptions

  • That support conversations (email and chat) contain information useful to Product Managers and Customer Success managers
  • That the insights are useful enough to bring users back to it regularly
